Aqua Vitalis Relaxation Area

The Aqua Vitalis relaxation area at Arena Skövde invites you into an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Here, you can enjoy a wide range of experiences designed to promote your wellbeing. Whether you are looking to unwind or recharge your energy, Aqua Vitalis is the perfect choice.

During your visit, you can take part in Aufguss sessions hosted by our sauna masters several times a day. Aufguss is a sauna ritual where the sauna master pours water infused with essential oils over the hot stones and uses sweeping towel movements to distribute the heat and aromas, creating an intense and revitalising experience for guests.

Aqua Vitalis features several saunas with different characteristics and temperatures, experience showers, sunlight rooms, a hammam stone, a warm pool, an outdoor pool, and a relaxing lounge where you can enjoy food and drinks during your visit.

The entrance fee includes the loan of a bathrobe and a sauna seat towel, as well as access to our adventure pool and lap swimming facilities. Please bring your own shower towel.

Aqua Vitalis has an age limit of 18 years, with exceptions on certain days during school holidays (this will be stated at the time of booking, if applicable).

Changing takes place in the changing rooms located on the same floor as the reception. After changing, you are welcome to Aqua Vitalis, located one flooror down (elevator and stairs available).
